When processing consumer data on behalf of Enterprise Customers, Goodwell acts as a service provider or data processor. This statement does not apply to such processing. Browser Controls: Users can manage cookies through browser settings. Email clients can prevent beacon downloads.

California "Shine the Light" Law: California residents may request disclosure of third-party sharing for direct marketing purposes. One request per year is permitted.
